Overview

People with high levels of emotional intelligence know how to influence, inspire and connect with others. In organizations, the individuals with high EQ have an advantage in adapting and overcoming adversity, which explains why they inevitably emerge as successful leaders. In this course, Sara helps participants (from senior managers to new hires) increase the self-awareness and interpersonal skills that can significantly improve their job performance and leadership impact.

Optional Program Component

This workshop can include the acclaimed Emotional Quotient Inventory EQ-i 2.0®.  Participants can complete the EQ-i 2.0® prior to the workshop so that they can analyze their results and identify areas of performance drag and imbalance, and locate the areas that provide the most leverage for change.
