People with high levels of emotional intelligence know how to influence, inspire and connect with others. In organizations, the individuals with high EQ have an advantage in adapting, improvising and overcoming adversity, which explains why they inevitably emerge as successful leaders. In this course, Sara helps participants (from senior managers to new hires) increase the self-awareness and interpersonal skills that can significantly improve their job performance and leadership potential.

This allows the instructor time to review the results and prepare a report for each individual. Participants will use their EQ-i 2.0® results as part of the class to analyze their strengths and weaknesses, identify areas of performance drag and imbalance, and locate the areas that provide the most leverage for change.
