Welcome to The AI-Boosted Leader. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, platform, courses, tools, execution workflows, AI-generated outputs, downloadable materials, and related services provided by BST&C Ventures, LLC, referred to in these Terms as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accessing or using this website or platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website, platform, or materials.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Please be aware that the AI-Boosted Leader is a guided leadership execution platform powered in part by Artificial Intelligence (AI). It is designed to help users work through real workplace challenges with more structure, clarity, and practical direction. The platform does not involve live coaching, consulting, or real-time interaction with a human agent, coach, consultant, or advisor. By using the platform, you acknowledge that the responses, suggestions, and outputs you receive are generated by software based on the information you provide. For questions about account access, billing, technical issues, or general platform support, you may contact us directly at [email protected].
The platform is not a generic AI tool, prompt library, or general leadership resource hub. Users are guided through specific leadership situations and asked to enter relevant information about their role, priorities, team context, business objectives, communication needs, decisions, projects, execution challenges, or other workplace scenarios.
Based on the information users provide, the platform’s embedded AI may generate practical outputs such as suggested frameworks, prioritization guidance, delegation recommendations, revised messages, communication refinements, planning support, pressure-test insights, success measures, decision considerations, streamlining recommendations, and other work-related guidance.
The AI workflows, prompts, frameworks, and guidance embedded in the platform are based on Sara Canaday’s leadership practices, intellectual property, professional experience, and years of work advising, coaching, training, and supporting leaders. The platform is designed to reflect practical guidance similar to what Sara Canaday might provide in a leadership classroom, workshop, coaching conversation, or consulting setting, adapted for use in a digital platform.
The platform provides leadership best practices and execution support. It is designed to help users prioritize, delegate, streamline, communicate, plan, measure outcomes, pressure-test decisions, and move work forward. It is not intended to provide legal, financial, employment, human resources, compliance, medical, psychological, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and applying any platform output based on their own workplace context, judgment, company policies, legal obligations, and professional responsibilities.
2. No Professional Advice
The content, tools, workflows, and outputs provided through The AI-Boosted Leader are for educational, informational, leadership, and workplace execution support purposes only.
Nothing on the website or platform should be interpreted as legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, human resources advice, compliance advice, medical advice, psychological advice, or any other form of professional advice.
You should consult qualified professionals when dealing with matters involving legal obligations, employee relations, workplace investigations, disciplinary action, compliance requirements, financial decisions, medical issues, mental health concerns, or other specialized matters.
3. Embedded AI and Platform Outputs
The AI-Boosted Leader uses embedded AI to generate outputs based on structured workflows, guidance, and prompts created from Sara Canaday’s leadership frameworks and professional experience.
Users do not receive general-purpose AI prompts to use on their own. Instead, users are guided through specific execution steps and asked to provide relevant information. The platform then uses embedded AI to produce practical outputs, which may include recommendations, frameworks, revised language, pressure-test observations, prioritization support, delegation guidance, planning suggestions, communication refinements, success measures, and other leadership execution support.
Because outputs are based on the information users provide, the quality, usefulness, and appropriateness of the outputs may depend on the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of the user’s input.
Platform outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for a specific workplace situation, or unsuitable for a particular audience, organization, policy environment, or legal context. Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving all outputs before using them.
Users should not treat platform outputs as final advice, legal guidance, HR guidance, compliance direction, or a substitute for professional judgment.
4. Specific Limited Warranties; No Guarantee of Results
The AI-Boosted Leader is designed to help users take more practical action on the work already in front of them. This may include helping users clarify priorities, delegate work, streamline activities, communicate more effectively, propose plans, measure outcomes, pressure-test decisions, organize execution, or move through a leadership challenge with more structure and confidence.
We warrant and represent that the software and any Artificial Intelligence (AI) components comply with the Texas Responsible Artificial Intelligence Governance Act (TRAIGA).
We further warrant that the software has not been developed, and will not be deployed, with the intent to:
- Intentionally encourage or incite human self-harm, violence, or criminal activity;
- Unlawfully discriminate against any protected class under Texas or federal law;
- Create or distribute unlawful deepfakes or child exploitation materials; or
- Build or assign "social scores" to individuals.
We will not capture, use, or store any Texas resident's biometric identifiers (including facial geometry, voiceprints, or fingerprints) for AI training or identification without obtaining prior, explicit, informed consent.
However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the platform.
Results may vary based on the user’s role, workplace context, organizational dynamics, quality of input, decision-making authority, team behavior, company policies, implementation, personal effort, motivation, commitment, follow-through and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that use of the platform will improve job performance, prevent workplace issues, resolve conflict, increase productivity, improve team engagement, protect employment status, prevent termination, reduce business risk, increase revenue, or produce any specific leadership, career, team, or business result. By using this website or platform you fully acknowledge and agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results.
5. Your Responsibility for Decisions and Actions
The platform is designed to provide structured guidance and practical outputs, but users remain fully responsible for how they interpret, adapt, communicate, implement, or act on anything generated by the platform.
You are solely responsible for determining whether any output is appropriate for your workplace, audience, role, authority level, organization, policies, and circumstances.
You agree that any decisions or actions you take based on platform content or outputs are made at your own discretion and risk.
We are not responsible for any business disruption, employment consequences, disciplinary action, termination, loss of business, reputational harm, workplace conflict, financial loss, legal claim, operational disruption, employee complaint, client issue, or other negative outcome that may result from your use, misuse, interpretation, adaptation, communication, or implementation of the platform’s content or outputs.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you use platform content or AI-generated outputs in communications with employees, managers, executives, clients, vendors, board members, or other stakeholders.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases provide access for the license period described at checkout or in the applicable agreement.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, early access pricing applies only to the initial license term purchased and does not guarantee the same price for future renewals, upgrades, additional licenses, corporate licenses, or future product offerings.
14. Refunds and Cancellations
The AI-Boosted Leader is sold as a one-year license, not a monthly subscription.
For individual licenses, we offer a 7-day access review period. To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refunds are available when platform use has been limited to reasonable review and exploration. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the account reflects substantial use of the platform, such as generating or saving numerous outputs, downloading multiple resources, repeatedly using execution sessions for active workplace needs, sharing access with others, violating these Terms, or otherwise using the platform in a way that goes beyond evaluating fit.
After the 7-day access review period, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law.
This policy applies only to first-time individual license purchases and does not apply to renewals, upgrades, add-on services, corporate licenses, group licenses, enterprise pilot programs, custom agreements, discounted promotional offers, or special access arrangements, which may be governed by separate refund terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, nonpayment, unauthorized sharing, illegal activity, or conduct that may harm us, other users, or the platform.
